As a PostLaunch user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to Rectification: Correct any inaccurate personal data
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we process your data
• Right to Object: Object to processing of your personal data

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Account Information: Email, name, profile picture, preferences
• Social Media Connections: Connected accounts, access tokens, platform data
• Content: All posts, media files, captions, hashtags
• Analytics Data: Performance metrics, engagement statistics
• Billing Information: Subscription details, payment history
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, preferences, settings

Timeline

• Immediate: Account access is suspended
• Within 24 hours: Social media connections are revoked
• Within 7 days: All user data is permanently deleted from our systems
• Within 30 days: Data is removed from backups and archives

What Happens

1. Your account is immediately deactivated
2. All scheduled posts are cancelled
3. Social media connections are revoked
4. Personal data is permanently deleted
5. Billing subscriptions are cancelled
6. You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes:

• Financial records required by law (up to 7 years)
• Anonymized analytics data for service improvement
• Legal compliance or fraud prevention records

Before deleting your account completely, consider these alternatives:

• Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account without data loss
• Data Correction: Update or correct specific information in your account
• Privacy Settings: Adjust what data we collect and how it's used
• Subscription Cancellation: Cancel billing without deleting your account
